摘 要(yao):隨著電(dian)力(li)需求的不(bu)斷(duan)增加(jia),電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統供(gong)電(dian)可靠(kao)性(xing)要(yao)求越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)高(gao),許多(duo)供(gong)電(dian)系(xi)統已具(ju)備(bei)兩回(hui)或多(duo)回(hui)供(gong)電(dian)線路。備(bei)用電(dian)源自動(dong)投(tou)入裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可(ke)以(yi)有(you)效(xiao)提(ti)高(gao)供(gong)電(dian)的可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),該(gai)類裝(zhuang)置(zhi)能(neng)夠(gou)在工(gong)作電(dian)源因故(gu)障斷(duan)開(kai)後,自(zi)動(dong)且迅(xun)速地(di)將(jiang)備(bei)用電(dian)源投(tou)入到(dao)工(gong)作或將(jiang)用(yong)戶(hu)切(qie)換(huan)到備(bei)用電(dian)源上。本文(wen)介紹(shao)的(de)AM5-DB低壓(ya)備(bei)自投(tou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),可(ke)以(yi)針對洞庭(ting)變電(dian)站工(gong)程中(zhong)不同的(de)供(gong)電(dian)方式(shi)提(ti)供(gong)對應的(de)保護(hu)功(gong)能(neng),能(neng)大(da)大(da)提(ti)高(gao)變(bian)電(dian)站運(yun)行的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)、安(an)全性(xing)和(he)供(gong)電(dian)質量,有(you)利(li)於實現變電(dian)站綜(zong)合自動(dong)化,實現無人(ren)或少(shao)人(ren)值(zhi)班(ban)。

1 項目概(gai)況
本項(xiang)目為湖南(nan)洞(dong)庭(ting)500kV變電(dian)站新建工(gong)程,項(xiang)目主(zhu)要(yao)內(nei)容(rong)為變(bian)電(dian)站低壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)櫃(gui),含三個站用變(bian)進(jin)線、壹個聯絡,其(qi)中(zhong)0#站用變(bian)電(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級為10kV/0.4kV,1#和(he)2#站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)電(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級為35kV/0.4kV。當任(ren)意壹臺站(zhan)用(yong)變壓(ya)器(qi)退(tui)出時,備(bei)用站(zhan)用(yong)變壓(ya)器(qi)應能(neng)自動(dong)切換(huan)至失(shi)電(dian)的工(gong)作母(mu)線段,繼續(xu)供(gong)電(dian)。並且當站用低壓(ya)工(gong)作母(mu)線間裝(zhuang)設(she)備(bei)自投(tou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)時(shi),應(ying)具(ju)備(bei)低壓(ya)母(mu)線故(gu)障閉(bi)鎖(suo)備(bei)自投(tou)功能(neng)。

2 產品(pin)需求
本項(xiang)目電(dian)氣主(zhu)接線(xian)圖如圖(tu)1所示,共(gong)需要(yao)實現以下(xia)兩種(zhong)方(fang)式的(de)備(bei)自投(tou)邏輯:

控制方式壹:#0、#2站用(yong)變(bian)投(tou)運(yun),#1站未(wei)投(tou)運(yun)。
(1)正(zheng)常運(yun)行時(shi),2QF合閘(zha)、5QF合閘(zha),3QF,4QF斷(duan)開(kai),此(ci)時(shi)由(you)#2站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)帶(dai)兩段(duan)母(mu)線運(yun)行(#1站(zhan)為(wei)緊(jin)急電(dian)源,手動(dong)操(cao)作,1QF默認(ren)斷(duan)開(kai))。當備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)此(ci)時(shi)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)流和(he)斷(duan)路器(qi)狀態,經過(guo)壹定的(de)延(yan)時,備(bei)自投(tou)充電(dian)進(jin)入準(zhun)備(bei)狀態。
(2)當#2站用變進(jin)線電(dian)壓(ya)異(yi)常,備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)#2站(zhan)用變無(wu)壓(ya)無(wu)流,則斷開#2站進(jin)線斷(duan)路器(qi)2QF、母聯斷(duan)路器(qi)5QF進(jin)線開(kai)關(guan),然後,備(bei)自投(tou)合#0站用(yong)變斷(duan)路器(qi)3QF、4QF開關(guan),此(ci)時(shi)由(you)#0站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)帶(dai)兩段(duan)母(mu)線。
(3)當#2站用變進(jin)線電(dian)壓(ya)恢(hui)復(fu)正(zheng)常,備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)進(jin)線2的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)後(hou),備(bei)自投(tou)充電(dian)準(zhun)備(bei)恢(hui)復(fu)由(you)#2進(jin)線供(gong)電(dian)。充電(dian)完成後(hou),備(bei)自投(tou)斷開(kai)#0站(zhan)用(yong)變斷路器(qi)QF3、QF4開關(guan),合上#2站(zhan)進(jin)線斷(duan)路器(qi)2QF、母聯斷(duan)路器(qi)5QF,恢(hui)復(fu)#2站(zhan)帶(dai)整段(duan)。
控制方式二(er):#1、#0、#2站用變投(tou)運(yun)。
(1)正(zheng)常運(yun)行時(shi): #1站(zhan)用(yong)變進(jin)線帶(dai)I段(duan)母(mu)線(xian),#2站(zhan)用變進(jin)線帶(dai)II段(duan)母(mu)線(xian),即(ji)1QF、2QF為合,3QF,4QF,5QF斷開(kai)。當備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)此(ci)時(shi)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)流和(he)斷(duan)路器(qi)狀態,經過(guo)壹定的(de)延(yan)時,備(bei)自投(tou)充電(dian)進(jin)入準(zhun)備(bei)狀態。
(2)進(jin)線1電(dian)壓(ya)異(yi)常後恢(hui)復(fu)正(zheng)常:
① 當1QF進(jin)線電(dian)壓(ya)異(yi)常,備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)#1站(zhan)用變無(wu)壓(ya)無(wu)流,則斷開1QF進(jin)線開(kai)關(guan),再合上#0站(zhan)用變(bian)的(de)3QF 開(kai)關(guan),由(you)#0站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)給(gei)I段母線供(gong)電(dian)。(其(qi)中(zhong),5QF母聯開(kai)關(guan)作為手(shou)動(dong)維(wei)修開(kai)關(guan))。
② 當備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)進(jin)線1恢(hui)復(fu)正(zheng)常電(dian)壓(ya),備(bei)自投(tou)充電(dian)準(zhun)備(bei)恢(hui)復(fu)由(you)#1進(jin)線供(gong)電(dian)。充電(dian)完成後(hou),備(bei)自投(tou)斷開(kai)3QF開(kai)關(guan),合上1QF,恢(hui)復(fu)#1站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)帶(dai)I段(duan)母(mu)線(xian)。
(3)進(jin)線2電(dian)壓(ya)異(yi)常後恢(hui)復(fu)正(zheng)常:
① 當2QF進(jin)線電(dian)壓(ya)異(yi)常,備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)#2站(zhan)用變無(wu)壓(ya)無(wu)流,則斷開2QF進(jin)線開(kai)關(guan),再合上#0站(zhan)用變(bian)的(de)4QF 開(kai)關(guan),由(you)#0站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)給(gei)II段母線供(gong)電(dian)。(其(qi)中(zhong),5QF母聯開(kai)關(guan)作為手(shou)動(dong)維(wei)修開(kai)關(guan))。
② 當備(bei)自投(tou)檢測(ce)到(dao)進(jin)線2恢(hui)復(fu)正(zheng)常電(dian)壓(ya),備(bei)自投(tou)充電(dian)準(zhun)備(bei)恢(hui)復(fu)由(you)#2進(jin)線供(gong)電(dian)。充電(dian)完成後(hou),備(bei)自投(tou)斷開(kai)4QF,合上2QF,恢(hui)復(fu)#2站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)帶(dai)II段(duan)母(mu)線(xian)。
3 產品(pin)方案(an)
本工(gong)程共(gong)有(you)3個(ge)站(zhan)用(yong)變進(jin)線,1個(ge)母聯,采(cai)用(yong)單母線(xian)系(xi)統,配(pei)置(zhi)2臺(tai)AM5-DB低壓(ya)備(bei)自投(tou)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)分別(bie)安(an)裝(zhuang)在3QF和(he)4QF櫃(gui)子上(shang)搭配(pei)使用(yong),根(gen)據供(gong)電(dian)方式(shi)繪(hui)制帶(dai)有(you)互鎖(suo)關(guan)系(xi)的二(er)次原(yuan)理圖(tu),並定制特(te)殊(shu)程序(xu)實現主(zhu)、備(bei)電(dian)源的互相(xiang)投(tou)切,

4 現場(chang)安(an)裝(zhuang)圖(tu)片
本項(xiang)目AM5-DB低壓(ya)備(bei)自投(tou)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)就(jiu)地(di)分散(san)安(an)裝(zhuang)在低壓(ya)開(kai)關(guan)櫃(gui)上,現場(chang)安(an)裝(zhuang)如下(xia)圖所示,該(gai)項目已於2023年(nian)送電(dian)使用(yong),運(yun)行正(zheng)常。

5 結(jie)語(yu)
我國的電(dian)力(li)供(gong)應主(zhu)要(yao)依(yi)靠(kao)國家電(dian)網供(gong)電(dian),電(dian)力(li)缺(que)口(kou)也(ye)在不(bu)斷(duan)增大(da),尤(you)其(qi)在用(yong)電(dian)高(gao)峰(feng)期缺(que)電(dian)現象嚴重,為此(ci)很(hen)多(duo)大(da)型企(qi)業(ye)便自(zi)建(jian)電(dian)廠或配(pei)備(bei)發(fa)電(dian)機。備(bei)用電(dian)源自動(dong)投(tou)入裝(zhuang)置(zhi),可(ke)以(yi)保(bao)證電(dian)源的不間(jian)斷供(gong)電(dian)並提(ti)高(gao)供(gong)電(dian)的高(gao)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),目前已經成為(wei)現代(dai)配(pei)電(dian)工(gong)程中(zhong)保護和(he)控(kong)制回(hui)路的重(zhong)要(yao)部(bu)分。本(ben)文介紹(shao)的(de)洞庭(ting)500kV變電(dian)站配(pei)電(dian)工(gong)程使用(yong)AM5-DB低壓(ya)備(bei)自投(tou)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)為(wei)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)供(gong)電(dian)方式(shi)提(ti)供(gong)對應的(de)保護(hu)功(gong)能(neng)。不(bu)但提(ti)高(gao)了供(gong)電(dian)的可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),使整個(ge)配(pei)電(dian)工(gong)程實(shi)現了綜(zong)合自動(dong)化,還有(you)效(xiao)地降(jiang)低了工(gong)作人(ren)員的勞動(dong)強度。
