2.電力系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)特征(zheng)
IEC61850 協議(電(dian)力(li)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)標準)提出(chu)公共(gong)通信標準和設(she)備(bei)規範, 實現系(xi)統(tong)的無(wu)縫銜(xian)接(jie);並(bing)將(jiang)變(bian)電配(pei)電(dian)通(tong)信(xin)系(xi)統(tong)分(fen)為(wei)3層:站(zhan)控(kong)層、間隔(ge) 層、過程(cheng)層,其結(jie)構如(ru)圖3所示(shi)

站(zhan)控(kong)層功能(neng)是通過高速(su)網(wang)絡匯總(zong)全(quan)站(zhan)的實時數(shu)據(ju)信息(xi),不(bu)斷(duan)刷新實時數(shu)據(ju)庫;按規(gui)約將(jiang)數(shu)據(ju)信息(xi)發送到控(kong)制中心;接(jie)收控(kong)制中心命令並轉(zhuan)向(xiang)間隔(ge)層、過程(cheng)層執(zhi)行;具(ju)有(you)對間隔(ge)層、過程(cheng)層設(she)備(bei)的在(zai)線(xian)維護、組(zu)態和(he)參數(shu)修(xiu)改功能。間隔(ge)層功能(neng)是匯總(zong)本(ben)層過程(cheng)實時數(shu)據(ju)信息(xi),具(ju)有(you)對壹 次設(she)備(bei)保(bao)護控(kong)制功能;優(you)先控(kong)制數(shu)據(ju)采集、統(tong)計(ji)運(yun)算(suan)和(he)發出(chu)控(kong)制命令;具有(you)承上(shang)啟下(xia)的通(tong)信功能,同(tong)時與(yu)過程(cheng)層及站(zhan)控(kong)層高速(su)通信;必(bi)要(yao)時,上(shang)下網(wang)絡接(jie)口都采(cai)用(yong)信息(xi)通(tong)道冗方式(shi),保(bao)證通(tong)信可(ke)靠性(xing)。過程(cheng)層是指電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)的智能化(hua)部(bu)分(fen),按主(zhu)要(yao)功(gong)能(neng)可(ke)以(yi)分(fen)為(wei)三(san)類
(1)電(dian)力運(yun)行實時的電(dian)氣量(liang)檢(jian)測;
(2)運(yun)行設(she)備(bei)的狀(zhuang)態參(can)數(shu)檢(jian)測;
(3)操(cao)作控(kong)制執(zhi)行與(yu)驅動(dong)。

3.變配網(wang)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)通信(xin)系(xi)統(tong)
3.1 變配(pei)網(wang)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)組成(cheng)
配網(wang)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)遵循(xun)分(fen)布式(shi)結(jie)構和(he)集中控(kong)制的設(she)計(ji)思想,站(zhan)控(kong)層包 含監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(或監(jian)控(kong)平臺(tai))主(zhu)機;間隔(ge)層包含交(jiao)換機、網(wang)關等(deng)設(she)備(bei); 過程(cheng)層包括配(pei)變(bian)終端(duan)設(she)備(bei)(TTU)、饋(kui)線(xian)終端(duan)單元(FTU)、配(pei)電(dian)終端(duan)單 元(DTU)、遠程(cheng)終端(duan)單元(RTU)、數(shu)字(zi)電(dian)表等(deng)設(she)備(bei)。其中 TTU 監(jian)測並(bing) 記(ji)錄(lu)配(pei)電變(bian)壓(ya)器運(yun)行工(gong)況。FTU 是在(zai)饋(kui)線(xian)開光(guang)旁的開(kai)關監(jian)控(kong)裝置。DTU 采(cai)集開(kai)關設(she)備(bei)的位置、電(dian)壓(ya)、功率等數(shu)據(ju)並進行(xing)急(ji)速,進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)合(he)閘操(cao)作。
3.2 變(bian)配(pei)網(wang)主(zhu)要(yao)特點(dian)
變(bian)配(pei)網(wang)作為(wei)電力(li)系(xi)統(tong)的最(zui)終環節(jie),其自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)數(shu)據(ju)龐大、拓(tuo)撲(pu)復(fu)雜,主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)以下(xia)特點(dian): (1)通(tong)訊節(jie)點(dian)多(duo),需(xu)安(an)裝大(da)量(liang)的(de)通信(xin)終端(duan)。
(2)節(jie)點(dian)分(fen)散,設(she)備(bei)分(fen)部(bu)在(zai)園(yuan)區的(de)各(ge)功能建築(zhu)。
(3)數(shu)據(ju)量大,采(cai)集包括電(dian)流(liu)、電壓(ya)、開關(guan)位置、溫(wen)度等(deng)狀(zhuang)態變(bian)量。
3.3 通(tong)訊方式(shi)和系(xi)統(tong)結(jie)構
目(mu)前自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)的主(zhu)要(yao)通(tong)信(xin)方(fang)式(shi)有(you):光(guang)纖通信(xin)、配電(dian)線(xian)路載波(bo)通(tong)信(xin)、無(wu)線(xian)公網(wang)網(wang)絡和(he)無(wu)線(xian)網(wang)絡通(tong)信(xin)。光(guang)纖通訊具有(you)傳(chuan)輸量(liang)大(da)、傳(chuan)輸速(su)度(du)快、傳(chuan)輸距(ju)離長、特點(dian)。載波(bo)通(tong)訊是利用(yong)電源線(xian)傳(chuan)遞高配(pei)載 波(bo)信(xin)號(hao),具(ju)有(you)投資少(shao),管理(li)維護方(fang)便(bian)、覆蓋廣(guang),安(an)全(quan)可(ke)靠等(deng)有(you)點(dian),但(dan)這種(zhong)方式(shi)信息(xi)量(liang)小(xiao),主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)於大(da)型(xing)輸電(dian)網(wang)。無線(xian)公網(wang)通信(xin)使用(yong) GPRS、3G等,移(yi)動(dong)無線(xian)網(wang)絡適(shi)用(yong)於間歇(xie)性(xing)、突發性或少(shao)量的(de)數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)輸,適(shi)用(yong)於不(bu)變敷設(she)光(guang)纖的地(di)區。無(wu)線(xian)專(zhuan)網(wang)通訊使用(yong) DT-LTE、WiMAX、WIFI等,傳(chuan)輸寬(kuan)帶(dai)高等(deng)優(you)點(dian),適(shi)用(yong)於位置偏(pian)僻(pi)的(de)設(she)備(bei)。Modbus通信(xin)是壹種串行通訊協議,具(ju)有(you)速度(du)快、穩定(ding)、易(yi)實現總(zong)線(xian)、成本(ben)低(di)廉(lian)等優(you)點(dian),生(sheng)物(wu)制(zhi)藥(yao)企業設(she)備(bei)布局(ju)分(fen)散,因此變(bian)配(pei)網(wang)站(zhan)控(kong)層和間隔(ge)層主(zhu)體(ti)采(cai)用(yong)工(gong)業以太(tai)網(wang)專(zhuan)網(wang)通信(xin),部(bu)分(fen)設(she)備(bei)采用(yong)無線(xian)專(zhuan)網(wang)通信(xin)。近距(ju)離節(jie)點(dian)使用(yong)網(wang)線(xian)通訊,遠距(ju)離節(jie)點(dian)使用(yong)光(guang)纖,不便(bian)敷設(she)光(guang)纖的節(jie)點(dian)采(cai)用(yong) WiFi通(tong)訊。過程(cheng)層設(she)備(bei)統(tong)壹采用 Modbus通信,通過串口服(fu)務器(qi)或 WIFI設(she)備(bei)服(fu)務器(qi)和將(jiang)數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)輸至(zhi)以太(tai)網(wang)SCADA采集服(fu)務器(qi),EMS系(xi)統(tong)從(cong)SCADA系(xi)統(tong)提取(qu)數(shu)據(ju),並進行(xing)可(ke)視(shi)化(hua)展示(shi)。
